Services

Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual home condition at the time of service. We reserve the right to decline service.

Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a $50 late-cancellation fee.

Re-clean guarantee

If you're not satisfied with any area, notify us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean it at no cost.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the service in question.
